丹东盛阳塑料有限公司成立于1995年，公司坐落于美丽的边境城市—丹东，是东北唯一一家生产五层、三层共挤的无毒环保热收缩膜（POF），年生产能力为7500吨。2016年又增加了五层共挤新的生产线，产品通过了国家的各项鉴定和认证。（IS09000认证、QS安全生产许可证）

同时生产塑料系列各种包装膜，PE、PVC和拉伸膜，产品质量高端适用，广泛用于食品、医药、水产品、木制品、乳制品、蜡业、工艺品及服装等各种产品的包装。

Dandong Shengyang Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. The company is located in Dandong, a beautiful border city. It is the only one in Northeast China to produce non-toxic and environmental friendly heat shrinkable film (POF) with five or three layers coextrusion, with an annual production capacity of 7500 tons.
